Our Story

Le Pops Gourmet Ice Lollies started as a seed of an idea in the mind of Laurie Harrison while on vacation in Florida in June of 2010.  After tasting a homemade ice pop on that trip, Laurie immediately proclaimed that she was going to return to Little Rock and start her own ice pop business.  She then spent the next 14 months experimenting and working on recipes, often calling on family and friends to sample her flavors. 

From the outset everyone was more than willing to serve as a “taste test volunteer.”  When enough flavors had been perfected, Laurie was ready to begin offering her pops to the world.  From this beginning, Le Pops was born.  Our handmade pops were first sold at the Farmers Market in Little Rock’s River Market district, then at various central Arkansas festivals, and finally at local retail establishments.  From the very first pop and continuing until today, Le Pops is committed to using fresh and locally-grown ingredients whenever possible to ensure that the taste and quality of our pops is first rate. 

We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.We are proud to support local farmers whenever possible and incorporate the highest quality ingredients into our dairy and fruit treats. Le Pops ice lollies feature locally grown and produced berries and peaches, as well as coffee beans roasted here in the hills of Arkansas!
